I am sharing this cautionary tale about my terrible online shopping experience. I ordered an item recently and attempted to leave crucial feedback afterward, but the entire post-purchase process felt frustratingly broken and unfinished. My experience was so completely ignored by the system that when I tried to submit a review, the result was literally just

It felt like my entire transaction was erased or ignored, and I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately. If they can’t properly handle a simple review submission, it raises serious questions about the rest of their operations.
Customer: I need to know why my recent review submission just disappeared. I spent five minutes typing it out, hit submit, and got absolutely nothing—it registered as null.
